“Animo” or the imagination made in a Flipbook
The town council of West Bromwich works on a social-cultural project where the community takes part in a process of dialog and interaction with the exposed work.The Public Gallery holds ‘participation’ as it’s key idea and will have a programme of temporary exhibitions and activites alongside permanent art works. We in Utani think that this is one of the first initiatives of bringing art and society together. We are very excited to participate and learn from this experience.
Because the project is still in process, we can not give further details than that we are working on a educational project of comprehension, animation and expression called “Animo” which will be part of the museum exhibit which is built in West Bromwich, UK.
Project Status
ANIMO UK will be finally installed early January 2009.
Utani is the initiative of a group of people aspiring to improve people’s day to day life a little. We bring to life useful (útiles), easy (fáciles) and attractive (bonitas) ideas for different social groups and their needs.
